**SHIPPING NOTE: As of Jan. 1, 2006, this item is now considered by UPS as a TRIPLE OVERSIZED ITEM, meaning that even though each barrel actually weighs less than 30 pounds, because of its size, and special handling requirements, UPS considers each barrel to WEIGH 90 POUNDS INSTEAD for shipping purposes PLUS charges an ADDITIONAL $40 for handling costs per barrel. It's very unfair that this item is now charged so much for shipping (upwards to around per $95 per barrel depending on where you live). The rates quoted are UPS fees. We have not added any additional charges.
In addition, the cost of plastic used to made these drums (a petroleum product), has also skyrocketed. We at Nitro-Pak wanted to make you aware of these latest developments.
